Karisma Hotels & Resorts is an award-winning luxury hotel collection with properties in world-class destinations. While their on-property experiences delighted guests, they felt their branding was lagging behind. That’s when they approached RDA to redefine their brand and elevate it to match the quality of their collection.




We began by identifying what makes the Karisma collection unique—that their collection offers the best destination for every style of travel, not just every type of traveler. Sometimes a guest travels with their family and sometimes they leave the kids at home.



The guest is the same, but their needs are different. The strength of Karisma is that they deliver the same level of quality, no matter which of their hotels guests visit.





With this key insight identified, we got to work on the refresh, creating a positioning statement, tagline, new logo, style guide and more.

Then we created ABEO Travelers Club, a loyalty program to tie it all together.
